Returns and Exchanges
User Notice
1. Returns/Exchanges are only available for products purchased directly from www.vitalismoartificialplants.com
2. Currently, only returns are accepted for orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states of the United States (international returns are not supported at this time).
3. Products must be returned within 60 days of receipt and must be in a new, unused, resaleable state (with original packaging intact, no stains or signs of assembly).
4.We will bear the logistics costs incurred by the return, but will charge 10% of the order amount as inspection fee and re-shelf fee
Non-Returnable Situations
The following items are not eligible for return/exchange (unless there is a quality issue):
- Clearance sale items- Customized items (such as artificial plants of personalized size/color).
- Large decorative trees that cannot be restored after being assembled or disassembled (such as artificial trees over 6 feet).
- Seasonal items (such as Christmas trees, Halloween decorations) must be returned before December 25th, and no return or exchange is allowed after the deadline

It��s perfect! Looks more real than fake! It comes well packed and requires little attention other then you choosing which planter container to put it in.. then sit back and enjoy !
The tree is very nice and it's easy to arrange the branches, or fluff them, where you want them. The "pot" that it came in is really cheap and flimsy, but I'll get a nice planter to put it in. I think it is a good value for the price. I've been looking at these for a while now. I'm so glad I went with this tree. I will recommend it to my friends, as I have several that want an olive tree
This artificial olive tree looks real from a distance. It's a good size and adds a nice touch of greenery to my living room. The leaves and fruits are well-made.
I have an olive tree in my dining area, but my arch to the living room is large, so I decided to hunt down one about the same size, and put them on each side of the arch.Lucky me, I found one, and IT IS BEAUTIFUL. It's tall and full, and I didn't even arrange it as full as I could have. The " bark" looks realistic, as do the leaves and olives.The weighted pot is small, but I'm going to set it down in a larger pot, so that's not a problem . This tree comes with a package of floral moss to put in the pot.Highly recommend!
Looks great in the corner of the room and adds some green that doesn't need maintaining beyond the occasional dusting of the leaves.
