Returns and Exchanges
User Notice
1. Returns/Exchanges are only available for products purchased directly from www.vitalismo.stop.
2. Currently, only returns are accepted for orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states of the United States (international returns are not supported at this time).
3. Products must be returned within 60 days of receipt and must be in a new, unused, resaleable state (with original packaging intact, no stains or signs of assembly).
4.Our promise: $0 relisting fee.
Non-Returnable Situations
The following items are not eligible for return/exchange (unless there is a quality issue):
- Clearance sale items- Customized items (such as artificial plants of personalized size/color).
- Large decorative trees that cannot be restored after being assembled or disassembled (such as artificial trees over 6 feet).
- Seasonal items (such as Christmas trees, Halloween decorations) must be returned before December 25th, and no return or exchange is allowed after the deadline

I’m using these in outdoor pots. These trees look awesome and the quality seems decent. Perfect alternative for areas with no irrigation. Im going to pick up a couple more.

Great faux trees. Great quality for the price. I needed faux tree for my porch since it doesn't get any sun. These trees are real looking. I bought 2 in 4ft. I used real dirt around the bottom and everyone thinks they are real. Highly recommend!!
These are really nice looking fuax trees I put them in from t of my porch ant they really dress up my house. I would give 5 stars but the hard part is fluffing the branches without knocking off the leaves and I did it the way they said to they still fall off and it's hard to find the place they came from. I bought the 3 foot for the drive way and the 5 foot for up to the house. It's great to not worried if they will die from the heat we get or watering all the time. I would suggest buying this brand. They took less than a week to get. Love they way they look.
