Returns and Exchanges
User Notice
1. Returns/Exchanges are only available for products purchased directly from www.vitalismoartificialplants.com
2. Currently, only returns are accepted for orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states of the United States (international returns are not supported at this time).
3. Products must be returned within 60 days of receipt and must be in a new, unused, resaleable state (with original packaging intact, no stains or signs of assembly).
4.We will bear the logistics costs incurred by the return, but will charge 10% of the order amount as inspection fee and re-shelf fee
Non-Returnable Situations
The following items are not eligible for return/exchange (unless there is a quality issue):
- Clearance sale items- Customized items (such as artificial plants of personalized size/color).
- Large decorative trees that cannot be restored after being assembled or disassembled (such as artificial trees over 6 feet).
- Seasonal items (such as Christmas trees, Halloween decorations) must be returned before December 25th, and no return or exchange is allowed after the deadline

Never knowing if the product you order will be what you expect - this one doesn't disappoint. It's just the right size height wise! The plastic smell well these are going yo be outside so no worries there! Trust me if you don't have a green thumb this will work for you.
Original Use:I initially bought these with the intention of sprucing up the front porch. As far as faux plants go, these are solid. They're lightweight but don't blow over easily, and the pot has enough heft to feel stable. The 2 ft height is just enough to add symmetry to the entryway without overpowering the space. Four stars only because the pot is a bit plain, but nothing a decorative planter can't fix. Definitely a no-maintenance win for anyone allergic to watering cans or reality.Appearance:From a distance and honestly even pretty close up these topiary trees look surprisingly real. The texture of the foliage is convincing, and the color has a nice mix of natural greens instead of the usual flat fake-leaf look. Whether inside near the office or outside flanking a doorway, they seem to elevate the space without screaming plastic.Alternate Use C Warhammer 40K Terrain Crafting:Here's where these things truly shine: terrain crafting for Warhammer 40,000. The material is incredibly workable I've repurposed the foliage to create jungle terrain, camo bunkers, and dense ambush zones for my Catachan army. The texture and density scale surprisingly well to 28mm minis. With some foamboard, dry brushing, and a touch of grimdark weathering, you'd never guess these started as porch decor. It's rare to find craft-friendly greenery that doesn't look like dollhouse fluff, but these hit the mark.Verdict: Great for home aesthetics. Exceptional for modeling tabletop warfare in the 41st millennium.
This is pretty tiny; 2 feet is very short when you look at the space you want this to be in your yard. The pictures that are shown make it seem larger than it really is. In most cases the pot is bigger than the shrub. I did not read the description very well and thought I was getting a boxwood shrub, instead I got a small cedar shrub. It is pretty nice and realistic looking, and you can shape the branches a little to make it look fuller. It comes in a maybe 6" plastic pot filled with something like concrete. You will definitely need to put that into a larger pot and a tall pot if you want the look in the pictures. You could fill your pot with anything heavy then put moss or bark on the top to make it look better. Even the real evergreens that you buy at a nursery are much taller than this for half the price. I probably would recommend a live shrub if you have enough sun for that. A pot for this will cost a lot for that look.
Very satisfied with my order. The trees are made with high quality materials and they look just like a real tree. I highly recommend this products if you're looking for artificial trees to make your room feel more cozy.
