Returns and Exchanges

1. Returns/Exchanges are only available for products purchased directly from www.vitalismo.stop.
2. Currently, only returns are accepted for orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states of the United States (international returns are not supported at this time).
3. Products must be returned within 60 days of receipt and must be in a new, unused, resaleable state (with original packaging intact, no stains or signs of assembly).
4.Our promise: $0 relisting fee.
Non-Returnable Situations
The following items are not eligible for return/exchange (unless there is a quality issue):
- Clearance sale items- Customized items (such as artificial plants of personalized size/color).
- Large decorative trees that cannot be restored after being assembled or disassembled (such as artificial trees over 6 feet).
- Seasonal items (such as Christmas trees, Halloween decorations) must be returned before December 25th, and no return or exchange is allowed after the deadline

These artificial boxwoods look very realistic. I am using them in my landscaping in front of my house, because i don't have a green thumb. And they look amazing. Being able to spike it into the ground is amazing! It has been through some winter months and some spring storms and still looks great!
Overall good quality. You will need to separate the branches and shape the shrubs, but looks great!
Price is great for getting 2 of these. After fluffing these out they look great. They're easy to put together then place into the ground. I like how the middle looks like real bark and the branches look real from a distance. My only concern with them being outside is the longevity of them due to how they aren't one solid piece, time will tell and I'll update when, or if, that becomes an issue.
I purchased the Artificial Boxwood Topiary Trees for my front porch, and I couldn't be happier with the result. These 2-foot tall faux trees are incredibly lifelike, with dense, vibrant green foliage that looks just like real boxwood. These are cute littke trees and I feel like they could be used in many places, indoor or out.They are actually quite heavy duty, and the branches are thick and durable.They come with instructions on how to fluff and clean, which, for some I feel is necessary. I think many peopke aren't sure how to fluff out artificial plants to give them a more realisitc look so, kudos for that.I stuck mine in a couple of planters outside, and I think once I get the bases filled in, they are going to be really cute. (Noted in photo)I can see where these would work putting them right in the ground or a pot or even a basket.They came with a nice stake so you can easily "plant" them.As far as how realistic they look. Keep in mind, these are artificial... I think we tend to forget this sometimes. However, given that they are artificial, I feel like they are as realistic looking as they possibly could be. Especially from a distance.I absolutely love artifical greenery, especially ones that I can put outside and I think these are a great value for what you are getting.
