Shipping Policy

1. Service Coverage & Delivery Time

• Service Area: Contiguous U.S. 48 states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and territories)

• Fulfillment Centers:

  • West Coast Warehouse: 19635 East Walnut Drive North, City of Industry, CA 91789

  • East Coast Warehouse: 308 E Thom St #2, China Grove, NC 28023

• Logistics Partner: TBA Logistics (with trackable tracking number)

• Standard Transit Time: 3-7 business days (shipped from the nearest warehouse to the delivery address)

2. Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: All orders include free shipping (with basic transit insurance)

• Oversize Fee: Models exceeding 2.5m (8.2ft) in height require a $50/unit special handling fee (automatically calculated at checkout)

3. Packaging & Safety

• Standard Packaging: Pressure-resistant corrugated box + internal PE stretch film fixation (models over 3m include removable wooden frame supports)

• Delivery Inspection: Inspect packaging integrity upon receipt. Report damages with photos to customer service immediately.

4. Returns & Claims

• Returns: 30-day free returns for any reason (return to the original fulfillment center)

• Damage/Loss: Submit evidence within 48 hours of delivery for full refund or replacement

• Insurance Upgrade: Optional premium shipping insurance for high-value orders (up to $2,000 coverage, 2% of order value)

• We will bear the logistics costs incurred by the return, but will charge 10% of the order amount as inspection fee and re-shelf fee

5. Restrictions

• Excluded Areas: PO Boxes, military bases, remote rural addresses (customer pickup required at nearest service point)

• Duties: All orders include prepaid import duties (DDP terms), no hidden fees
